This session will give you a greater understanding of sales. The issues, the challenges, and will enable you to develop sales results in business.
The course will be aimed at SME’s with varied business experience, looking to expand their sales skills and will be adapted according to the group on the day.
It will demonstrate:
• Being able to understand how to identify a sales opportunity.
• Knowing how to create a buying environment.
• How to motivate customers.
• How to prepare a client proposal that gets sales.
• Knowing how and when to ask for the sale.
